Boyd/Smith Inc. is a Boston area Property Management and Development company. Boyd/Smith is the managing agent for Church Park Apartments, a 508-unit luxury apartment building with retail space located in Boston's prestigious Back Bay. Boyd/Smith is also the owner and manager of 205 Newbury Street, a retail/office townhouse building.

Boyd/Smith Inc. has developed numerous residential homes and condominium projects in Lexington, MA including Russell Square; East Village Square; Potter Pond; Hampton Road; and Dover Lane. In addition, Boyd/Smith developed private residential homes on Brookes Street in Winchester, MA.

In 2002, Boyd/Smith joined Insight Partners in the development of The Carillon, a 9-story, 32-unit condominium project adjacent to Church Park and across from the Christian Science Church on Massachusetts Avenue in Boston.

Currently, Boyd/Smith is working on Lafayette Lofts, a joint-venture with Insight Partners and the Gale Company, in the refurbishment of a vintage former textile mill building at 88 Kingston Street. Lafayette Loft is a 42-unit luxury loft condominium building with underground parking.
